According to USGA Handicap rules, all scores made in a competition organized and conducted by a committee in charge of  competition should be posted as a Tournament (T) score.   Effective immediately, all End of the Month Tournament, President’s Prize and Match Play rounds must be posted as Tournament (T) scores.
